The short version
We will never sell your name, address, phone number, email address, or any other personal information. We collect only what we need to respond to your requests, provide service, and improve this site.
Notice at collection: what we collect and why
When you submit an estimate request, contact form, or promotion registration, we collect identifiers and related details you choose to provide: name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about your home (such as square footage). We use this information to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and perform service, process warranty work, and, only if you ask, send you information about BEAM products and offers. We retain lead and customer records only as long as needed for these purposes and for legal and warranty obligations.
Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta/Facebook tools), we collect internet activity information such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location. We use this to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising.
How we share
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use service providers (for example: website hosting, form processing, email, scheduling, and analytics vendors) who may process data on our behalf and are prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Advertising and analytics cookies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under some state laws; you can opt out as described below.

We will verify your identity using the information associated with your record and respond within the time required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent; we will require proof of authorization.
Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies: disable cookies in your browser, use Google's Analytics opt-out tools, or send us a request at the address above. We honor opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required by law.
Phone and text communications
By providing your phone number in a form, you consent to BEAM of St. Louis calling or texting you about your inquiry or service. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS/SSL encryption. Form submissions are stored in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.
Children
Our site and services are directed to homeowners, builders, and businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
